At the dawn of 2021, our goal was to grow our recruiting teams to meet the demands from our clients. We are happy to report that we knocked it out of the park and expanded our team by 400%! Some of our goals for 2022 will build on what we started in 2021, and we’re excited about continuing to improve our employee and customer experiences.
We’ve written about some of the market research and recruiting trends in 2022 in a prior blog, but there are always market research fundamentals that remain the same. Qualitative research remains a valuable tool for companies, from start-ups to legacy brands. Focus groups, in-depth interviews, mobile ethnographies, and social listening tools are tried-and-true methodologies that researchers have used for years with great results. The pandemic forced researchers to adopt online tools to continue with qualitative studies, and the past two years have proven that it’s possible to get the valuable results that qualitative studies are known for.
This pandemic has taught us that the best-laid plans can be quickly foiled and being flexible is key. Even if the virus continues to shape-shift in 2022, we are confident that we’ll be able to meet all of the goals we’ve set for ourselves, and that market research recruiting will improve in the New Year.
