There are two-part options to this study: 

OPTION ONE

We’re conducting interviews with billing admins to explore patient out-of-pocket billing and the medical organization experience that comes along with it, and would love to have you participate!

Study Format: 60-minute Remote Interviews

Incentive: $200

When: Beginning Feb 20th

OPTION TWO

Study Format: 90-minute In Person Interview in San Francisco Bay Area

Incentive: $400

When: March 6th – 10th
