A client came to us right in the 4th quarter with a tough requirement- she needed 28 Veterinarians for focus groups over multiple days. This was with approximately 10 day lead time.
While the original specification was for more veterinarians, our advice was to increase the incentive and decrease the amount of respondents to keep the project within budget. We didn’t have many in panel but used some targeted landing pages and some good old cold calling to find the respondents needed.
Bottom line- we were able to help the clients secure a facility, handle incentives and recruit and have a 100% show rate during a very busy time. The client was very happy as we turned a qualitative market research project from a potential disaster to a success!
